 MarvelShield Extreme Abrasion M391 is a 100% solids, 100% polyurea coating designed for use as a highly abrasive elastomeric coating or topcoat. Designed for a multitude of applications due to its combination of hardness and tensile strength, this 100% polyurea bonds well to all substrates but works best in applications with steel and concrete.

M91 is a 100% solids polyurethane-urea hybrid coating. M91 is an aromatic coating designed to be an elastomeric protective coating for all substrates, providing excellent chemical abrasion resistance.

• Secondary containment coating (provides a chemical resistant membrane over concrete and steel in approved tank farms)
• Gasoline and chemical resistance for Styrofoam flotation
• Waterproofing wood and foamed products
• Water and chemical detergent resistance for concrete block and poured walls

MarvelSpecialty Aliphatic is a versatile 1:1 by volume, 100% solids, 100% urea aliphatic spray coating. It can be sprayed on a variety of substrates providing excellent chemical, UV and abrasion resistance.

M85 is a two component, 1:1, 100% solids, fast set, liquid applied, modified polyurea liner system for metal, concrete, fiberglass and wood surfaces.

MarvelShield M395 PW is ANSI/NSF 61 approved for direct contact with potable water. It is a fast setting, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic, two component spray polyurea that can be applied to suitably prepared concrete and metal surfaces. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to

-20f. M395 PW offers a tack free time of less than 60 seconds and exhibits 450% elongation upon curing with 50 Shore D hardness.

MarvelShield 2 lb Closed-Cell  is a two component spray-inplace closed-cell, rigid, monolithic polyurethane foam insulation.  This product can be formulated in a variety of densities, upon request,  to accommodate a broad range of applications.  All MarvelShield 2 lb Closed-Cell systems  are blown with HFC-245fa and contains no ozone-depleting chemicals.

                                                 USES:

• COLD STORAGE:  MarvelShield 2 lb Closed-Cell is the insulation of choice for maintaining the rigid climatic conditions of many cold storage buildings.

• TANK INSULATION:  MarvelShield 2 lb Closed-Cell is an excellent insulation for hot and cold storage vessels.

Marvel Shield .5 lb Open-Cell is a two component, water blown (zero ozone-depleting chemicals) light density, open cell spray polyurethane foam insulation. Marvel Shield .5 lb Open-Cell is designed to improve the performance of the building envelope for commercial, residential and industrial applications. When properly installed Marvel Shield .5 lb Open-Cell expands, sealing voids, gaps and crevices. Ideal fit to help fill cavities of any shape, providing an air barrier to reduce air leakage, and a higher R-value than other insulating materials, resulting in increased energy savings and comfort.
